I’m Claire, a qualified Personal Trainer, Exercise Referral Instructor and Pilates Teacher.

I help people of all ages and abilities build strength and improve movement, so they can live better — whether just starting on a fitness journey, managing a long-term condition, or simply wanting to feel stronger, healthier and more capable in daily life. 

We spend our lives in our bodies, yet many people feel disconnected from them. We’re taught that exercise is about "working off" our lives, rather than "working for" them.

I believe exercise should empower, not intimidate, and that anyone - regardless of age, experience or chronic condition - can achieve meaningful improvements in health and wellbeing.

My approach combines personalised programmes, functional movement, and ongoing accountability, so you can make real, lasting progress.
